Does this mean stay at home if you value your life?

Don't you have a 3m kite? Seriously hope it's not too windy to sail.

NOAA, forecast looks good. Wind waves 4 to 7 ft, nice!

wow, Man against Nature ! will be worth to be there just to look at the "violence" of the elements and Endorphine or whats not brains chemical Junkies going at it in survival excitements :P

I hope to at least make it to 3rd AV and give a hand to launch the Dead Men Kiting as i doubt i have the shape ,will, and guts to "confront" the elements myself (ha ha you never know but last time i did 40kn plus, i lost my surfboard n my 5m kite inverted and was not pilotable. another lost is kite on eject and he never found it! )

I wouldn't be surprise that someone hit over 65' jump at awesome flat Comox spit.

Let’s hope it “fizzles” to a mere 30 knots so we can have some fun tomorrow at Centennial. 3.5m is my smallest sail so I’ll be watching from the beach if the forecast proves true.

2.5 m^2 sail on standby. Is that too big?
