ETA 9:30, not sure how long I'll last out there but hopefully someone else joins me.

Still 15 gusting to 25 but there are some unsettling lulls (10 kts) that last for a few minutes. Waves are nice, thigh to waist high but there was a lot of chop. Great to get out.

Glad I decided to wipe the snow off the car and put my wetsuit on before driving, awesome session on the 3.7 again! Surprisingly not too cold. See ya tomorrow!

A few shoots from today!
Super windy and cold when I arrived, a little nervous to sail alone, so stoked when Gleb showed up! First reach went way outside in search of waves and got trapped in the wind convergence zone. Wind was blowing East!! Never experienced that before, freaked out at first as I was way out there and it felt like the wind had just tanked, but slogged back to the inside and the wind was still cranking! Waves not as big as expected but I'm assuming that weird wind from the East was messing things up. You can see on the map it's still blowing like that. Got one good Back Loop attempt in but still can't land it!
Was a fun day but not epic, might have to wait until June until my next Backie attempt 
Sorry I could stay any longer Darrel, just too cold to re-rig, glad Gleb was there!
