Hey Dallas, I'm out in the Okanagan but when I get back I'll go out to Point Roberts with you. I finally got the foil out today and got it flying for the first time, super fun! PR would be a great place to foil, if you launch from Gulf Rd and sail out to the point and back no need to worry about current, it's only when you get out past the point you will get in the current, I've slogged around a lot on a windsurfer out there.BigD wrote:How's the current there? Just back from the Gorge with my new rig! Can't wait to unleash it on you unsuspecting foilers!!! Actually quite concerned about having it unleashed...putting a lot of faith in one measly Powerbox screw!
Have rigged up quite the system, eager to see if it all works out!
