Interview with Jeff Logosz also mentions new foil launch but no details of Phantasm Foils.

Anyone try foil windsurfing at Crescent Beach or Point Roberts? I tried Boundary Bay and it was a long walk to deep enough water and too much eel grass to get going. Maybe 3rd ave would work a bit better at high tide?

Can you tell I don't want to cross a bridge or tunnel?

Point Robert's LHP would be good on any tide right off the parking lot as it gets deep quickly. There are some weeds in the first 10m or so, then it's clear. I've never foiled though, just windsurfed.

How's the current there? Seems like I might end up in Bellingham, on a Gulf island or in the Ferry lane. If anyone wants to try it one day let me know.

Hey Dallas, I'm out in the Okanagan but when I get back I'll go out to Point Roberts with you. I finally got the foil out today and got it flying for the first time, super fun! PR would be a great place to foil, if you launch from Gulf Rd and sail out to the point and back no need to worry about current, it's only when you get out past the point you will get in the current, I've slogged around a lot on a windsurfer out there. :D

Woot Woot! Let's start a Foil Club!

Just back from the Gorge with my new rig! Can't wait to unleash it on you unsuspecting foilers!!! Actually quite concerned about having it unleashed...putting a lot of faith in one measly Powerbox screw! :?

Have rigged up quite the system, eager to see if it all works out!

Adam, I think I met you wife at the Hatch yesterday!

You did Chuck, she mentioned she ran into you. Let's go windfoiling. What did you get?
