I REALLY like the design of the I99 semi-inflatables. They fold nearly as flat but their hard where it matters. They also handle a foil so that gives them a pile of range on a limited number of sails. I've been seriously considering one for my foil/light wind board.

Also a sail like the first one but with the luff sleeve inflatable so it isn't a pain to waterstart would be slick.
