I'm planning on going to Hood River, Oregon July 15-19. Just wondering if anyone else is going to be down there. Ryan

Campfire, check!
Ice cold PBR, check!
Taqueria visit, check!

Nice 9m surfboard session to wash off the road dust although drive down was probably one of the easiest I have done. Slowed briefly in Seattle but an easy cruise down the I-5.

Foils everywhere! It is indeed the summer of the foil, there were more foil windsurf boards out (it seemed!) than regular windsurf boards. Guys kiting on ridiculously small kites while foiling, saw some 5 and 6m kites out there (!). Today apparently the Gorge was resting her lungs after some big winds but stronger stuff to return tomorrow apparently!

Love Hood River in the summer time!

I was there a few weeks back and noticed lots of foil boards as well. Looking forward to getting down there this weekend
