That kind of makes me want to try windsurfing. Is there a good place to rent?

Great video work Adrien. Just the right amount of editing. Nice to see some helmet mounted footage for a change too.
It was indeed a very sweet birthday gift! Glad to finally get our tiny gear out of the garage, and share the day with such a stoked group of sailors. :D :D :D

I like the way your jumps capture slow motion, a moment of calm in the chaos. A really fun, intense day!

Thanks guys! And yes, Mike, one of those rare days where CNL gets a mini-impact zone. :D

Feels like windsurfing is making a comeback. Saw lots of great rides, loops/attempts and rocket airs from all of the gang on Friday. The local level is definitely increasing! 8-) Too bad it doesn't go off like that more often..

If you have never windsurfed before, then Jericho in the summer is a great option. You can get day lessons at WindSure, or if you feel like committing longer term to the sport, the UBC and Locarno clubs out of Jericho have a large range of gear from beginner to advanced, and offer lessons as well.

Great video (and sailing) AG! I half expected to see a cameo of the sneak attack by the 'barking Sea Lion'. :P :D ;)

Thanks Tweegster and Dave! Too bad the cam wasn't running for your "proximity fly by", Dave - would've made a great shot
