What is the best local spot for SSW wind?

White Rock East Beach is an option for both kites and windsurfing on SSW, but gets even better on SW. Tide should be just about ideal on Tuesday afternoon, if the wind shows up. Ferry Terminal south side is also an option on SSW as is Gulf Road for windsurfing (kites not so much).
