don't know Siam park or what's that about, but tow-in windsurfing? ... wtf!?, awkwardly painful to watch, are they expecting windsurfers to land a jump with no wind? they'll grab the boom to realize there is no resistance when they see the mast coming.

Classic cartoon! Reminds me of when I was working in the construction industry years ago and my boss at the time kept telling me to "push, push" so I pushed and he quickly said no, no "the other push"!
