Good sail repair near Vancouver?

I have torn the luff sleeve cloth on a new Sailworks 5.5 sail and am looking for a decent quality repair near Vancouver, any suggestions?

I always repaired sails at North sails in Richmond, they have been around along time and have always done a great job. You could call them for an estimate. They also have a convenient free drop off and pick up at Steveston marine in Vancouver.
