Boundary Bay - Tips for first timer

Hello,

I'm getting ready to windsurf Boundary Bay for the first time. Hopefully this Sunday I can make it out. I am going into my third summer season and only ever sailed at Jericho/Locarno. Any useful tips or suggestions for the first time sailor to Boundary Bay, Centennial? A few months back I took a drive to Centennial Beach. It looks like a convenient launch site. There is easy parking, good sheltered areas for setting up, washrooms for changing out of wetsuits. I've heard the low tides there can sometimes be awkward. Thanks in advance for the tips!
