ETA 7am. Hoping wind lasts and shore break isn't too poundy. Tsawwassen NNW 25 g 32 at 5 am.

Also going to TSB Shipping to pick up replacement wetsuit (O'Neil Pyrotech), boom (Chinook Pro 1 Alloy) and cheap gas.

Our leader parties Friday night, then windsurfs Saturday morning. No feat is too much.

And than he ends his session by swimming with his gear. I'm guessing he did it on purpose for the extra challenge.

Where do you launch from? Where and how is the parking? I might go Sunday AM too.

Gabe - Lighthouse Marine Park has a nice large parking lot and grassy rigging area. However, there are a few logs to climb over to get to the shore. I prefer to launch from the SW corner of Lighthouse Park where the shore break is most gentle. There are very few people there so it may be tricky to launch and land a kite. Also, I do not recommend windsurfing or kiting alone especially during an ebbing tide which can push you out to the Strait of Georgia.
