Apparently windfinder is forecasting for a week and a half out now?!?

Put Tuesday Feb 3 on the calendar, call in sick now... :roll:

There is some hope for a NW clearing next sunday, monday. Windguru is suggesting that, I wouldn't make weekend valentines plans just yet.

Desperate times.....better order up some of this magic if we want to see any wind before Squamish kicks in. :o :shock:

Visibility-wise Vancouver is about an average to good day in Beijing right now. At least it's healthy, grass fed forest fire smoke and not toxic factory produced smoke...

A quick glance @national geographic... 2014 hottest year in the last century. Co2 levels in atmosphere can't be reversed, went past that point decades ago. Environmental effect on what we buy may not be taxed properly. All adds up.

At least the water was kind of visible from the gondola. Slight improvement over yesterday but still light. Saw some big kites on the webcam.
