Sadly Weather Network was right the first time (snow and wind both dried up with the cooler temps in December).
They are now saying that the jet stream is getting ready to swing north again, just as we thought things were getting back to 'normal'.
Once again, I hope they're wrong.

It's not February yet - looks like maybe a little wind Monday morning in warm temperatures. If I can do it, it'll be kiting for me.
