Where’s the place of choice? BB or Jericho? Which place doesn’t suffer too much with west wind if it shifts from NW ?

I don't have your answer but for me the question is Acadia or White Rock. Wind is typically better at Acadia but on big days can be too much. Question of White Rock is how much of the wind reaches there. If it does, the waves can be better. No EC gale force warning but airport forecast is very strong.... I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I don't think either will suffer West to NW. Just depends where you want to sail. Acadia will have some nice waves, Ferry Terminal will be flat. White Rock could be super fun. Have fun and stay safe.

Hmmm ... I keep forgetting about White Rock. I'll be watching the sensor early morning at https://maps.whiterockcity.ca/weather/

Well it's windy! I'm aiming for a mid morning arrival somewhere. Split between White Rock and Acadia.
My hunch is white rock is sailable but a bit blind to actuals. Hope to see others out.
