A bit of an unusual westerly run as there's lots of clouds.

Got out yesterday on wind foil. It was workable at times and good for a short time but overall meh. I thought there was going to be more of a clearing (which may have helped??)

So for today the forecast is a bit stronger but it looks like cloudy again??....

That's for sure. The temperature has sure dropped as well. Feeling like winter already. :( :( :(
Look what's coming later in the week.

Terminal dropped a bit 15-16 but Jericho is nearly 15kn. Can you ride there on WSW?
Ambleside still might blow around 2:00 but it’s pretty calm here atm.

WSW is a good direction for Jericho & Locarno.

The waves on the JSCA cam look rather nice considering it's only 15g21

Double session!!

Got the noon session at Spanish Banks on 8m+surfboard in WSW 18-20 with steep waist high waves. Spooked by clouds and SW so darted back to shore after 1 hr.

Stopped by Ambleside on the way home to see Deb scored a 12m session. I tried 8m but ended downwind with some amazing wave rides. When Bill arrived the wind picked up late afternoon to SW 20-25 for 2 hrs of sweet chest high waves.

Great way to start the week :D

Tried out Cates Park today for windsurf foiling. No wonder Adrien G used to foil there - good fun!!
