Don't bother coming to 3rd Ave. No beach left with king tide to launch your kite.

Looks like park workers are blocking access.

Centennial is open for windsurfers but logs are piling up at the shoreline which looks awfully dangerous

Correction... Now there is a sign at the Centennial entrance that reads "Park Closed"
