Usually but not always

NOAA forecast is pretty garbage for us. TAF is best, especially when combined with EC Georgia Straight forecast.

CB: SE 15 to 20 knots. 3 hours with kite: 8m +TT +surfboard and windsurfing: 4.5m / 79 L quad board.
