Hey AJ - Sorry to hear about your lost gear. Last year Stephen lost his board at CB in the break and it ended up washing up at Hornby (I believe it was). Someone found it on the beach and called him and he got it back without even a scratch. Luckily he had his name and number on the board. He did put the word out all over the island and on BWD about his lost board as well as with the RCMP and coast guard. If it doesn't show up and you do need to pick up gear, you might want to contact Jesse/Dirty Mermaid. He might have some stuff.

Here's something that may do or at least tide you over. I was looking at it earlier this year to replace my 74l as I think it's wider. However, I decided against it as I wanted something with more float but still high wind control. Not much to lose at the price.

Hey! That's my old board! I guess the person who bought it from me is moving on to something mintier!

My baby is alive at Hornby island. If anyone is there to stash it until I pickup this weekend that would be very much appreciated

Thanks @johnny2 for connecting me with Jesse. On my way there to pick another set of gear.

Thanks Alton for this site. Proven to connect the community together

I saw that post on BWD and was about to post it here.

Hornby has been the rescuer of several sets of gear in the last 12 months.
