Big bust today. Left when wind shifted to SE. Wind repeatedly seemed like it was going to come in but didn't or faded away and/or went east. Might have got some mileage kiting but that seemed sketchy with the up/down wind pattern. The good thing is tomorrow looks much better...

Best session of the year.
When it finally turned SE at 10:30 I charged out on 9m+surfboard only to have it clock back to E. Crazy ass nauseating chop. Called it quits after 0.5 hrs of pure frustration. Spent the rest of the afternoon talking shit with a full house of disappointed kiters at 3rd Ave.
Forecasts with consecutive days are usually too good to be true ... so fingers crossed for tomorrow (Sat).
