Planning to go for a dawn patrol also. What's the parking situation like for 3rd ave now? I know there was some changes lately. Are we likely to get ticketed?

parking is back to normal. parking restrictions ended after labour day

3.1 m^2 sail + 74L board and 8m^2 kite + surfboard all packed. Headed for tonight and hope to beat God at dawn patrol.

southeast 30 to 35 early Wednesday morning except southeast 40 south of Tsawwassen. Wind becoming southeast 20 to 30 near noon Wednesday.
Looks like some big winds early, EC calling for 40 knots is the real deal.
