So I actually managed to get there albeit considerably later as I don’t do dawn patrol. Ended up parking at the lot just past puppy park. Saw a few familiar faces so eventually launched there. Everyone advised an 8 m. But I hedged my bets and took the 9,5 with the tt of course. Sure wish I had the 12. Not enough guts to do much. Didn’t care for the waves. Will try dog beach next time and see if that’s better for me.

Awesome morning session at Acadia. Warm water and sunny, felt tropical. Playful waist to chest high waves by the sand bank. Fun roller coaster rides in the logo high swell out in the blue water. Great turn out.

Epic 3 hr wave session (8-11am) at Acadia on 7m+surfboard in W 20-30. So far my favorite session of 2020. Tons of toeside hits. Super fun grazing the wave face with my fingers just before closing out.

Big turn out including tons of hard core windsurfers sharing the waves with hard core kiters at Upper Acadia.
