Was about to write off this gusty day but river delivered just enough for a 1 hour fun session on 9m+surfboard. Had to work the kite with some fast turns ... fun fun fun

Windfoil central at Nexen today, almost dozen plus four fins. Speaking with those that headed south and above the Spit had a great day. I spent 1.5hrs on the foil and 4.2 and had my first extended rides. My first real breach with being almost 1 metre above the water, speeding up and coming down was pretty scary but subsequent flights were much better controlled. I got tired of being in the water so switched to an hour of fin sailing very underpowered with a 5.5. A very good day.

Steady SW 18-20. Over 2 hrs on 9m+surfboard. Had to stay in the river to avoid pumping a bigger kite. Hoping for more the next 2 days.

Epic day at the Spit. Over 2.5 hrs of fun in the sun with steady SW 20-25. Started with 9m+surfboard then came in for lunch. Finished off nicely powered on 7m playing with clean wavelets.

Hoping for a repeat tomorrow (Wed)

Yeah great day out there! A little too much power on the 3.4 and foil though. Anyone have tiny sail for sale? Something 3m or even much less.

reat day! Wind was oh so steady too.
Alton you need to throw some more shakas out there! Got a smile but barely a wave as I cruised by
Big turnout, pretty good consolation prize for a summer sans Oregon Coast/Gorge/Nitinat ;)
Post sesh beers with Cash and Churchy the icing on the cake

Best Squamish session of the year. Early start before noon. Dialed in on 7m+surfboard for over 3 hours in steady SW 23-27. Clean swell at the river mouth (instead of voodoo chop) for tons of toeside hits. Condolences to anyone who missed today's session.

Yup, what Alton said...
Mokka and I had a great time up at the cliffs fully powered on 4.3/4.8 respectively. Warm sun, steady wind, and not choppy up there. Wish it was always that good!
