Well it wasn’t exactly epic, but it was still nice to play on the water at Locarno this morning.
Apologies to anyone who felt “suckered” by my early OSR - that was about the strongest moment of wind all day. By the time I got out on 6.0/111 Futura most of the whitecaps disappeared and it was a session of gust hunting to get rides. We had fun and got some good exercise, regardless.
Nice to see many of the regular group returning to the water too!

Got there at 10 and had an hour and a bit. Nice to be out.

When I left they opened up the Lacarno gravel lot.

Hey Brian, no worries, I didn't even hear your OSR, I was on my way anyways. Dave said before we headed out that it would be worth it even if he only got to SUP and I was thinking it would be worth it even for the drive. :D It was nice to try the foil again. I got a few flight's although very short, it was super gusty and in the lulls there was hardly anything. Anyways it was fun to get out and see everyone, Tony you missed the Oregon Coast reunion. Oh and the parking at Spanish banks was all open but Acadia was still closed when I drove home.
