Yes. Parked in the lot on the north side of the highway west of the bridge and walking down the path at the east end of the lot under the highway bridge. Looked like about half those sailing at Lyle were taking the more direct path across the tracks straight across from the parking lot, but as I was carrying WS gear so I didn't want to deal with the highway, concrete barriers, tracks and slope while getting buffeted around by the wind so opted for the longer path to the east.
