Yesterday Mike mentioned that iWindsurf / iKitesurf (classic) now offers a human forecast for Boundary Bay and Squamish ... just like for the Gorge. I wonder how good it is.

I discovered it back in June/July for Acadia/Locarno. It was on point! Updated daily and specifically covers the popular spots around here.

I followed it for Squamish for a few weeks, was about the same as flipping a coin.

So yesterday (July 21) that forecast was calling for
Gale force winds in the upper 30's in Squamish.


It's issued in knots too, not MPH.

This is what we got:
