Iwindsurf is looking for information regarding Squamish forecasting. I've sent direct some information including Dave's write up. I'm personally not super technical for weather, rather, rely on the various models etc. So if you have anything to add, contact info to Mike Godsey is in the link below:

Hey Mike - was it you who asked iKitesurf/iWindsurf to fix the sensor direction (from NE to SW)? I noticed the direction fix on last Wed April 24. If so, thanks.

Great to see that iWindsurf is posting a daily pro-forecast for our region, including Squamish. Any intel we can give them should help make it even better!

That wasn't me that led to the fix of wind direction (I wasn't even aware). If the fix occurred at about 4pm on the graph you posted, that totally changes the sense of what's going on up there. Hopefully the access to the spit is not past the official opening day.
