Had a good 7m session in lines of chest high waves off Acadia.

It's now probably 8-9m conditions, looks like it will hold all afternoon.

Go get some

Glad you got out. Looking forward to hearing reports from White Rock and Acadia.
Point Roberts was big and challenging for Darrell and Dave but some nice sized ramps to play on. A few photos here... https://flic.kr/s/aHskQQx33z

Cranking at Acadia all morning. Arrived at 830 to find a few keeners already on the water, including someone who did a clean forward loop inbound about 50m off the shore. Very pretty!
People were rigging 3.5-4.2 but Dave said it was a bit up and down so I chose 4.0/85l and flattened the sail to handle the gusts.
Super fun full-on 4.0 for two hours with one break to replace my broken fin - darn hidden rocks near shore!
Probably would have been more playful on 3.5 but I had no trouble staying upwind even when enjoying luscious long rides jibing down the huge clean swell!! Wish I had the skill to pack in more turns on those wave rides.
Last half hour was best, sharing the inside waves with Kieran on his kite, in slightly lighter wind (perfect 4.0).
If only Acadia days like this weren’t so rare!!!
