Can someone describe the current road accessibility down to the Spit? The above link is dead.

No accessibility issue. No blockade signs or any sort like that. Just ordinary stuff. Was there yesterday and will blow again today. Next weekend is probably closed.

Didn’t blow as I expected but got some westerly wind and with low tide it helped to launch far out

Yup could get passed. Actually had session today at the spit. 3 kiters : 8, 12 and 15

So got denied access today. So ended launching from Nexen.

Wind was great today and launching from Nexen wasn't bad at all.

That is average to high gust.
Total gust lull to peak is twice the value.
The clouds have been screwing things up IMHO.
