I'm thru chasing the wind -- not for $1.50 per Liter and climbing. Thanks for the heads up though.

If you fill up in PR after getting your wind fix at bbay it's only a buck a liter. You save money and get wind at the same time!

I only have the morning available on Thursday and was worried it might clock west too soon, what are your thoughts for wind Thursday morning? would PR be better than 3rd?

PR is a little beast if the forecast is true. You are better off at BB, it will turn west later, 3pm by forecast, 10am-1pm seems the best time, gradually increasing..

PR will be a head on collision, if you are a wave windsurfers/kiter you are welcome to join, but you have to be advanced as it will gust 40k+. Very much like this video... same tide.
