Thanks for the info!

I’ll be going to Squamish then. Any tips on wind strength? So I know what gear to bring.

I only kite and I wouldn't kite the Spit this weekend.

For WS I'd say take more board and less sail so you can deal with varying conditions better but I'm not a WS'er so what do I know.

I'd for sure dress for the swim though. I would be in my 6/5 with full booties and open palm gloves.

Looks like perfect conditions from 1:30 - 3:00 and survival otherwise.

Thought that might happen when I saw the wind in Boundary Bay.

Fun session today. Nothing epic, 5.2 102L but the novelty of sailing Boundary Bay on a warm sunny day made it awesome. Cash came down to say hello, glad you saw my post earlier and got out of work to enjoy the afternoon. First hour was the best then it dropped a bit, still enough to have fun though. Glad Dave joined me. Sailed without booties, actually felt hot at times and had to come in for a few water breaks. It would be so nice to have wind there in the summer!

I’ve decided to go to Centennial today. Hope to see someone on the water!
