TAF calling for 12 knots tomorrow, and there will be a nice thermal push and 19 degrees with sunshine. Decent tides between 2.2m and 3.5m too.

Sadly I don't think I can make this one.

The thermal is rising warm air in the city?
This creates a low pressure?
Is this not the same as pushing on a rope?
Should it be thermal pull?
Is one pulled into a tornado or pushed?

While the air is being pulled, you are being pushed by the air that was pulled up to speed.

For you to be pulled it would have to be the vacuum effect created downwind of you that caused the pulling effect.

" While the air is being pulled, you are being pushed"
Now I'm really confused, I gotta stop listening to this guy named Bernoulli.

Looks like Jericho is starting to pick up. Going to be there for late morning.

Good first session of the year. Had a great time on my new Futura 114 and new Retro 7.5. Plenty of planing today. Comfortable amount of wind for being out of shape. Good turn out today too. Several kiters foiling, 3-4 windsurf foils. Just me windsurfing most the day until someone else showed later in the day. Looks like the season has finally arrived.
