Double Session = Cypress + Acadia. Got a serious case of FOMO when I saw Mike riding Acadia waves on 9m + surfboard all by himself. Gabe and I launched from the Dog Beach sand bars before noon and scored 2 hours with C36 (only windsurfer at Acadia).

Wind was a steady W 20-25 and waves were waist high but disappointing (Monday waves at Boundary Bay were way better). Lots of pounding heading out with nice rides inbounds. Wind/wave angle made it difficult to score toeside hits but managed a few. Got overpowered on 9m+surfboard at 2pm so called it a day.

Opted for Locarno due to the low tide. The usual choppy outbound rides but some nice waves if you went out far enough. Overpowered on 5.7 until it softened just before 2pm, then just right. It died at about 230 when the direction clocked SW.
Richard nailed it on his 5.3/86 litre quad from 1230-230. I should have chosen a smaller board to soften the chop, but it was great to be back on the water finally!!

Sisters tanked at 10am to 12 knots, ballenas had 17 knots, that alones takes a few feet off waves. We had 0.8m for a while then dropped. Nice wind a few good waves 10-12 noon ;)

You may need 1.2m to be good
