Hey must be a test weather station or something. This was on shore in the vancouver pile yard on the north shore about a month ago. Could see it from the trail that walks down to the water edge atlynn terminal. Cool geodesic shape that could take a beating...

Kind of looks similar to this Wave energy device that was sitting at the Maritime museum a few years back. Unfortunately it doesn't make waves, just converts them to electricity.

Hopefully it has some usb ports, and Alton can charge his phone out there and keep the OSR's coming.
