Forecasts not aligned so it may stay too light and east, but a chance we may re-learn how to wind-sport tomorrow.

Methinks locust may be best.

Even those "low" 8.5ft late afternoon tides look pretty high for Locust, I'll let someone with more experience there confirm though.

2c,
After 1:30pm , 12ft tide and lower.

Forecast is SE and southern and Northern strait are SE (reinforce).

The only thing is that it' more over Saturna than boundary bay. Starts at Sandy point 20 knots, saturna 30 knots but BBY/PR will be 17 knots. .. by forecast. Glassy waves waist high, low wind.

Here's c36's awesome write-up, it states anything over 7' basically requires a kite ground crew. This seems very accurate from my experience. Much higher than.that and I would give it a pass.

Good to get out. Should have brought my 15 and or big board, but was ok on the 12. Derek, James and I from white rock, Cash and AJ and a couple others. C36 also made an appearance.

It was blowing approx 15kts ENE which was interesting, outgoing tide made life easier given the light winds.
