This actually happened to me once in Maui. I sailed downwind of a guy trying to waterstart on a seriously windy day and his rig got ripped out of his hands and it crashed into me as I went by. So I actually think you're right Slappy, windsurfing gear is really dangerous, and I don't want to hurt anyone!
