White Rock will be gustier and less wind, but safe if it clocks. Tide is higher by 4 so little sand, but you could still easily touch bottom.

Locust is best bet, but my wife is due any second so I will probably stick close and ride WR.

Usually at WR and 3rd when it is going to clock SW you see the clouds start to clear to the SW. When that happens I stay very close to shore, no whale watching.

To be clear you don't need to stay close to shore in WR if it clocks. Usually waves get better, wind smoother but it rarely lasts more than an hour before the wind dies.
