BB sensor is gusting to 23knots and the Ferry Terminal is gusting over 25. White Rock's Pier Cam shows white caps and waves but the tide is out.
I hope someone is out in WR, Gulf Road, or at the Ferry Terminal. It looks like Locust was on this morning too.
