Don't think it will last. Even if it did 4°C is too cold for a marginal westerly.

White rock today has SW. Looks decent on camera
Nobody posting ?

Semiahmoo park shows 21-29mph.

It will get 20-25 knots by forecast by 3pm

Surprized if nobody is on that (tide is just about perfect too) ~ too bad dusk comes so quickly now ~

Is there any chance of wind tomorrow morning or is everyone baking muffins? 4 degrees sucks but I would put on my wetsuit at home.

Most models like WindGuru and G-Spot suggest the westerly will last but TAF doesn't. Maybe TAF will bring some good news tomorrow morning. Otherwise, we may get some fresh snow on Cypress. Not sure if I'll be motivated enough to swap my skis and snowboard for surfboard and kites when it's 4°C in the morning.
