Aiming to be on the water at 3 pm. What would be the better spot to launch (ws)? 3rd ave or centennial?

Centennial Beach has a huge parking lot with civilized change rooms and steamy hot showers. There's a beautiful grassy rigging area so you won't get sand in your mast or dog sh*t on your sail. Tide is above 3m so no walking required. Perfect for windsurfers.

You might want to sail up to 3rd Ave where waves are usually bigger.

Not really a solid forecast so let's wait and see what TAF says
