Richi,

jericho sailing centre seems stuck at 12:45pm (that's why ikitesurf is stuck). But jericho wind page seems to be climbing.

Strait wind going for 0.6m. Acadia may be the place (17-22 probably). Enjoy!

not a better way to start learning windsurfing than with a solid 18-22knots! :D

the dark side may have new recruits soon...

Excellent way to celebrate my 100th session at Acadia. Launched from Spanish Banks on 12m+surfboard then quickly booted upwind to Acadia. With full depower on my 12m in WNW 18-22, I wished I had went out on my 9m. Got an extra boost at Dog Beach so enjoyed the extra long hang time on 12m. Waves were generally disorganized so had to hunt for some nice waves. Upper Acadia had some nice clean waves by the marker. Score 3 sweet toe side hits. 1.5 hours TOW before it became a little holey at 5:30pm.

Great afternoon at Jericho, enjoyed by many who shall remain un-named (just in case). I think the webcam shot posted above is me on 6.0/Futura 110 during my first session. Second session was on same sail but downsized the board to 95 l Freewave ( better in the chop that developed with the incoming tide).
Great way to celebrate the last day of summer, now bring on those fall storms.

Btw that was indsurfing session 41. I figure the session multiplier for windsurfing vs kiting is about 3, so I am ahead of Alton :o

0.7M HB already. 14+knots at Jericho.
Better forecast than yesterday's. 8-)

lower tide past 2pm will make a difference today.
