Locust Today

Nice morning at Locust. S 25-30 from 7:30am-noon. Expecting to test my 12m kite repairs but it was too strong. Started with 9m+TT to work on my jumping. Switched to 7m+surfboard to enjoy some nicely formed waist high waves outside. Big turn out by locals plus Lorne, Joe and Kirsten from Vancouver.

White Rock was great too, 15M conditions 9-2:30ish. Stayed in the teens for windspeed. Really enjoyed the session. Wind was shifting between SSE to SSW. Jack and his Pa made it out, nice to have someone show us how to really kite. About a dozen folks out on an unexpectedly good day.

Around 11 it was high teens and SSW I rode over to West Beach. Waves are nicer on that side, will have to travel over there again on a big day. Still, waves got to about thigh high at one point. Good times.
