Had a great morning at ferry terminal. On the water from 7-9 in the sunshine. Started with 12m and big tt then switched to my regular tt in a very steady 17ish knots.. Lots of different kites being used, from 8m-15m.

I counted close to 30 kites in the air from Acadia at noon, mostly 12s.

Fantastic weekend conditions. Looks like it got even better in the afternoon.

Fantastic 3 hour session at Acadia. 9:30am-12:30pm on 12m+surfboard in W 15-22. Started a little light (up and down) then it really kicked in after 10:30am - should have been on 9m. Small knee high smooth breaking waves but disorganized outside. A few kiters (Sam, Clay, Rob, Jerry) made it to the Fraser River where waves head high. Too bad I had to stay close to shore to tend to a leaky bladder. Big turn out (30+ kiters) and big smiles.

Damn! Wish I had some energy left for a late afternoon session. Go Tony Go!

Took the kids out on the SUP with the 12m from 2-4. With one it's easy, with two kids I can barely stay upwind, with 3 it's a gong show.

Wind was very gusty today, but great day to be on the water none the less.

Slappy, aside even had an inflatable platform for kids at a distance, from camera. Not enough for surfing as sisters was under 10 knots and hb was 0.6m.

Sisters is cranking now, hopefully 0.8 m soon.

I went to Jericho at 6 pm, 18- 22 , but I took my 7m/130 litres, mistake. It was perfect conditions to try 5.5m/85litres, next time. Nobody there, except two windsurfers at sailing centre.

Locarno: from noon until mid-afternoon, it was mostly 10 to sub-15 knots. Mostly schloggy on a FSW 105 & wave 5.5. Mid-afternoon was 10 to 15+ knots, so the 5.5 was ok. Water got choppy when the wind picked up.

Alton, I went to ubc cliff & lookout at 9am, waves were not landing at WB, from Iona to northern strait it was 20 knots, South it was under 15 knots, but all wave energy was concentrated on the mouth of the Fraser river, most wind and wave height. At least someone made it there. You can always swim to wb if gear without issues... Or is it sunshine coast?
