It looks like there could be some wind tomorrow afternoon, or am I being too optimistic due to my desperation?

OSR Jericho: 10 knots at the beach and no caps on the water. Going with 17m and SB.

Last day of the beach!

OSR kits beach. 15 knots and lots of volleyball players. The sensor is reading reading 19 knots and there are lots of white caps but it does not feel that strong. It's still building so I'm thinking of pumping my 12m. Come on out, the sun is shining and it's warm.

Had a good sunny session at kits beach. Just myself and Gabe there from around 4:30-6:30. The wind was in the high teens, plenty for 12m and twin tip. I could see some kites up at Jericho but not many.

I had a great afternoon session at Jericho. Started on 17m at 3:00 but had to come in and switch to the 12m by 4:00.

A few others showed up by then but they were all having trouble staying up wind with the strong tidal current.

Plenty of power for me on the 12m with both TT and SB. Some nice waves up at Dog Beach. Landed a 360 shuvit with my butt on the board.

Wind near the beach was garbage.

I left at 7:00 and the wind was still going strong.

Nice 1 hour session from 5 to 6, nicely powered on a 5.6 and 93L. The tide was coming in hard so decided to ride the surprisingly big swell down to kits beach and walk home with kit.
When I returned to Jericho to pick up my Van, there was a clam cleat down haul puller left
on the grass. I left it hanging on the back of 3 signs attached to one pole in the parking lot, right beside the picnic bench. Must have been one of the wimpy formula guys for the bigger sails :D

Thank you Richi for finding my clam cleat, I guess that makes me the wimpy guy! Off to the gym now. Got on the water by 6pm, so missed the best wind, but nice evening session even so.

Cool, glad it found its owner. Let me know if you want me to grab it and throw it in my Van, or leave it up on the sign for a hopefully soon session. I will be riding by there today, so not a problem at all. cheers, rich
