The Jericho sensor has been reading about 30 degrees out for quite some time. The flag on the webcam looks like it's westerly. I will be swinging by Jericho on my way home at about 3:00 and will post an OSR.

You can't use that graphic meter anymore since the weather station change. That show's the max wind for the whole current day, it's almost useless TBH.

You have to click on it and read the text page then look at the 2 min and 10 min average wind speed:

Average Wind Speed 14.8 KT 14.8 KT
Wind Gust Speed 16.5 KT

Osr Jericho, looks like 12-15 right now. Lubo looks like he's having fun on his 8.0, planing all the time. Waiting for a few more knots.

OSR Spanish banks. A cool westerly about 12 knots and the tide is on its way out, there is also a very tired kiter here. Kits beach was about the same, but it looks like there's more wind up at Acadia, I'm going to go check that out now.

Waited at Acadia for the sand bar to expose and when it did the wind had dropped enough to convince me to go home. Stopped in at Kits on my way home and it was blowing about 15 knots. Went out on my 12m with Alton for the wind to drop 10 minutes later. Called it a day to a nice sunset. I think Kits beach had wind the whole time we were waiting at Acadia.

Can't call it a session but nice to finally get some rides at Kits - nice alternative when chasing wind. Thanks Mark for the royal tour.
