Weird session. Wind was up and down and never really kicked in, then it just died.
Few big waves but LOTS of chop and it was cold, not the greatest session that's for sure but still nice to get out for and early morning sail. Does anyone know who's dog that was someone left on the beach while they went sailing? Poor guy was not very happy!

Hey Guys,

Just checked and really solid actuals and TAF for Ault Field which is dead upwind from Locust and almost always coincides with solid conditions at Locust. Locust actuals are 7m / 4.5 right now. With a great forecast and dropping tide it should make for an excellent afternoon session. Get going if you have the day to chase wind.

Cheers,

Chris

Awesome 2 hour session at 72nd from 7:30-9:30am. Rob D showed us how to launch from the dyke. Lit on 7m+surfboard in S 25-30 with Rob D (7m), Luke (7m), Jeff/Tweegster (7m), Jerry (7m), Mike (7m), Andrew (7m+9m), Mark/Roxstock (7 or 9m?), Matt P (9m), Cam (12m) and about 4 others. Small knee high waves sharp for boosting big floaty jumps. Got some nice front side wave rides with a few hits. Some outside waves with 30' glassy spacing.

Nice to end the session with big smiles and sunny sky. Some guys stayed out well pass 10am.

I good session on my 9m at 72nd, could have been on my 12m for the last hour though. Came in at about 10:30 and then it picked up again because it was getting too light then it picked up again. Oh well, there's always tomorrow, hopefully at Jericho.

Boundary Bay is blowing! Totally unexpected. Hope Michael and Tony are enjoying this one.

White rock is still blowing too, 12M - 14M conditions nice low tide. I see most of the WR regulars out.

Had fun this morning at 72nd. Was underpowered for most the session, so I finally learned kite loops and kite loop back rolls. Woo hoo.
