ENE taking away SW strength (it looked so much better yesterday), but you got some fresh air (myself stuck in an office for the day).
But I would've loved to hit Iona beach this morning, it was 14-20 knots SE, high tide, flat water with 7msail/roberts, effortless speed.

lumi bay on 20-25 SE. Saturna 24-30knots sse. Sand heads SE 20+.

Surf at PR right now, how long it will last? don't know.
Locust SSE, whole area on SE, try that Jetty beach again at PR if possible , there should be something.

1pm SE peak. switching South at 2 pm.

Locust woke up (40 knots) like C36 said, Lummi bay now gusting 30. Surf is definitely on at PR, with proper wind it should be fun, tide's perfect too. enjoy.

3rd Ave. Out on 12M on east wind for about a half hour then dropped. Looks like back up but with more south in it.

Saturna Starting to crank. I may head down to third. Does the forecast call for a sw switch?

Has anybody kited wreck beach on a SW? I would rather try there than fight my way through the tunnel both ways.

I heard Iona is good on a SW like near the airport... I can't stand the tunnel either so I may go for crescent or WR

Iona works on a SW but it's a long walk to the water at low tide. Ferry terminal works on a SW too.

middle of strait (20km from wreck beach). Looks more gusty West than SW.

Only Daniel surfed WB on West (NW), but it was not that gusty. Nobody else that I know, 2008 photos of kiters say otherwise, it does not look steady at all (4-25).

Went back out on 12M and after a few runs wind kicked in making it "interesting". Came in and it looks like it's very south (wind shadow). Forgot passport!!! May check out boat launch or ferry terminal since I'm here.
