Where and when is your ETA? I may end up heading south if FC doesn't look appealing.
I'm going to wait and see what happens at least until after 8 unless Boundary Bay picks up. It's now showing 13g17 ESE so maybe Point Roberts.

It seems centennial will be on soon, as 35gust wind not far away. Hope it holds beyond 2pm as tide at PR not there yet for surfing.
Very high tide. Thanks c36 and Michael for updates.

Got in a half hour session, nice to feel the board planing beneath my feet again but that was it. Hope tomorrow or Monday brings more wind. :D

Forgot to mention the new board slogs well, made it back to the boat launch in almost no wind. :D

After almost 1 month of celibacy, I finally scored my first session of the year.

Early arrivals at 3rd Ave got a solid 1.5 hrs. Late arrivals (Michael windsurfing, Chalmers 11m and I on 12m) arrived 3rd Ave at 12:15 but only got 0.5 hrs before it shut down. After everyone left, the wind returned at 1:15 for another 15 min. Surprisingly warm air temperature. Water still cold.

Hmm, I figured you guys were scoring bigger than that. There was big swell/caps out by Birch point. The waves were small but looked good coming into WR as the wind stayed offshore.
