Faceplant wrote:Good times. Went to the 3rd floor today. Crazy! 7m with twin tip. Lots of familiar faces. Judging by Cash's goatee the wind looked about 32 kts. at time of photo. Also some pics of C36 for a change, since he is always taking time to photograph others. Happy Thanksgiving Y'all.
Thanks for the shots!

Fist. Similar to yesterday, only windier and wavier. Light on the nearside of the bay and windier on the far side when I arrived. Appreciated the reassurance from Faceplant on the way out that there was actually wind on the outside and there was. During the gusts there was so much I began to wonder if I was going to be able to make it back into the beach. Kept flattening out the sail and it helped, at times, sort of. Jumping in both directions and small backside rides. At one time I counted 19 sailors on the beach and 7 out on the water including two windsurfers, they then thinned to four (two kites and two pole dancers). Fun ripping around with Norvin and watching Mark launch into the heart of the storm with gear that was too big. Saw Jerry score some of the best the day had on offer while I was rigging my 3.6/74 - nice!
