just wondering what you guys think of the forecast tomorrow:
Wind diminishing to northwest 15 overnight then becoming southeast 10 to 15 Friday morning. Wind increasing to southeast 15 to 20 Friday afternoon.
should i try to take afternoon off work for a nice warm session at locust or boundary bay?

To my eye it shows some promise, but its a long shot (at this time of year).
- METAR TAF says non-event
- GFS Spotter shows some promise
- WindGuru more optimistic
- tide should work at CNL after 2 pm
- tide should work at Locust (5') at 4 pm

Northern Inland Waters forecast doesn't look good either.
In the Summer I don't trust GFS at all and don't even look at it until late September.

Hmmm, Friday borderline up turns me off 'till I get Nexus.
Hopefully we get some wind, could be gusty, watch for thunderstorms!

Can't make it to Locust but an extended lunch break at 3rd is a possibility. No wind on the beach but the webcam shows whitecaps near the border marker. I'll be watching closely....

Wind is switching to SW ?? Maybe White Rock this afternoon?
I'm still happy to go south avec moi nexus card but I remember hearing SW was not so good for Locust. Maybe I'm wrong.
